With this package you get:
- a nutritional consult to create a strategy to help transition you to healthy eating habits that fit your lifestyle, and,
- two 60 minute personal training sessions to give you tips on how to optimally exercise to meet your goals.
Fusion Performance Training is known for its unique use of sports performance, personal training, and post-rehabilitation training. They combine the best each field has to offer to formulate a safe and efficient program to achieve your personal fitness goals.
The training sessions can be in-home or at private gym facilities located conveniently throughout New York City.
Item Special Note
Client is responsible for any gym facility fees incurred. Training sessions must take place below 100th Street in Manhattan. Item certificate may be picked up the night of the Gala, mailed via USPS, or picked up at Third Street Music School after May 17 and until June 7 between the hours of 9:30 am and 5:30 pm or by appointment. Sessions must be redeemed within 6 months from end date of auction.
