Item Description
This ring design is based on a Turk's head knot tied by sailors for decoration of handrails and stanchions. This particular version consists of a single filament that makes 3 revolutions of your finger before returning to its starting point. It is cast in sterling silver through a marriage of ancient and modern fabrication methods. 3-D printing is used to make a wax positive that is transformed into the final product by the traditional lost-wax casting process.
The ring is available in all sizes. If you are the successful bidder, I will meet with you to select the proper ring size, and then fabricate it. Deliver time is about 3 weeks. Made in New York City.
