A pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla that is usually filled with a blend of cheese, cooked and seasoned pork meat ground to a paste consistency refried beans, or queso con loroco. LeConte's own Yesi Moscoso will teach you to make papusas from scratch with the best ingredients. You can take some home with you, as you also take home the ability to make your own -- a skill to last a lifetime. Join in the Fun!
Will take place on a Friday afternoon (5:30-7:30) at LeConte School in the cooking classroom. Date to be determined. Fixed price at $20.00
