About the chef:

Scott Stauber is a graduate of Towson University with a BS in International Business. He grew up with a love of food handed down from his parents. His mother, a native Panamanian, exposed him to a cumulation of Latin foods and flavors. His father worked in his grandmother’s restaurant in his youth and has shared his knowledge of the industry.

Chef Scott has a strong appreciation and respect for the food that we eat and has brought that sensibility and approach to cooking. “Utilizing seasonal ingredients and sourcing locally when possible, I create food that is simple and flavorful.”-Chef Scott
