The house has three bedrooms all with queen size beds. In the renovated attic, are two single beds perfect for kids. There’s a bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower combo, and another one downstairs with a large rain shower.

Bridgehampton is bisected roughly in half by Montauk Highway. Classic farmhouses and stables can be found on the pastoral northern landscape, while some of the Hampton’s most beautiful vacation homes can be seen on the southern, ocean-proximate side. A winsome Main Street straddles the two, with retail and dining selections that strike a fine balance between country ease and haute cuisine. Bridgehampton Common’s shopping center is also nearby. For kids, there’s the highly regarded Children’s Museum of the East End plus, beaches, parks and a great library. For adults, there’s top-notch fine dining and shopping, plus Channing Daughters Winery. Bridgehampton is also only a ten- minute drive to East Hampton, Southampton, or Sag Harbor, all of which have their own individual charm and appeal. It's no accident the Hamptons is considered one of the most exclusive holiday destinations in the world.

House is available from Memorial Day, May 30th, 2016 to June 19, 2016 and in October or November 2016. Winner to work out dates with owners. Not available July 1, 2016-October 15, 2016 OR the last 2 weeks in December 2016.

Winning bidders who are not current Laurence families will receive their items by mail and are responsible for shipping fees. We will ship U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, insured for your protection, while still to keeping costs at a minimum, which will be approximately $7.00 for a large envelope (gift certificates, etc.) and more for boxed items. Shipping fees will added to the purchase price of the items.
