Travel must occur prior to December 31, 2016. It can be booked up to 5 months in advance. Arrival days are Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday. To book travel, you must contact Chris or Kirsten Floyd.
This package DOES NOT include food allowance, activities for which a fee is charged, or flights. It includes ground transportation from the airport.
This item is not transferable and may not be exchanged for another Vidanta property without explicit consent of Kirsten Floyd. This item may not be resold or refunded.

- Restrictions: All bidders must be age 21 and over.
- You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up beginning May 16, 2016 until May 27, 2016 at West Hartford Town Hall, Room 128.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay The Mayor’s Charity Ball for the services/items offered.
- Travel must take place by December 31, 2016.
- The Mayor’s Charity Ball warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by The Mayor’s Charity Ball.
- Items may not be returned resold or exchanged.
- By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither The Mayor’s Charity Ball nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
