Item Description

What does it take to bring a musical production of this caliber to life? Want to find out? Playhouse on Park invites you to be a part of the experience. You and a guest are invited to join us for the very first rehearsal where the cast and designers meet, design concepts are presented, and the cast reads the script together for the very first time; then stop in and watch a couple of rehearsals throughout the process including final dress rehearsal.

You and your guest will then be invited to join Playhouse executives and board members for the opening night performance and cast party. 

Once the show opens, we invite you to show off the show to your friends! Invite 6 to 8 friends to a performance and we'll throw in the tickets and a pre- or post-show wine and cheese reception (your choice).

Winner should contact Tracy Flater immediately at tflater@PlayhouseTheatreGroup.org or 860-523-5900 ext 12 to coordinate dates.

  • The Meet and Greet is scheduled for May 25 at 1pm.
  • Two rehearsals visits to be coordinated between the schedule and a mutually agreed upon day/time between May 26 and June 12.
  • Final Dress Rehearsal is Tuesday, 14 at 7:30pm.
  • Opening Night is scheduled for Friday, June 17 at 7pm wine and cheese, 8pm performance, cast party to follow.

The production runs through July 31 and winner can choose a performance to bring their friends to as long as there is availability. Pre- or post-show wine and cheese reception can be planned once date is chosen.

Online Auction Rules and Restrictions

 

  1. Restrictions: All bidders must be age 21 and over.
  2. You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up beginning May 16, 2016 until May 27, 2016 at West Hartford Town Hall, Room 128.
  3. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay The Mayor’s Charity Ball for the services/items offered.
  4. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be May 14, 2017.
  5. The Mayor’s Charity Ball warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by The Mayor’s Charity Ball.
  6. Items may not be refunded, returned, resold or exchanged.
  7. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither The Mayor’s Charity Ball nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
