In 1997, The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise revived the time honored guiding tradition started by the Swiss Mountain Guides in the late 1800s. Recapture the experience of guided mountain adventures in Banff National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

From the sparkling crystal lakes and rich green forests to the towering mountain peaks, Lake Louise is a mountain playground unlike any other, filled with endless adventures just outside The Fairmont’s doorstep. Choose from a leisurely stroll along the lake, a half day hike to a historic Tea House or a full day hike into the alpine of Alberta. If you prefer to explore the emerald waters of Lake Louise, take a guided canoe journey.

When snow blankets the Canadian Rockies, Lake Louise is transformed into a wonderland of solitude and beauty. Enjoy a guided snowshoeing expedition, cross country ski adventure (lessons available from instructors certified through the Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors) or magical icefalls walk. (Winter programs run mid-November to mid-April).

Children 8 years and older are welcome participate with an adult. For families with younger children, a privately guided adventure can be customized to meet your needs.

Airfare
This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to Calgary, Canada, subject to availability.

Airfare must be booked within one year from the date of purchase. Airfare taxes and a $25 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser. Blackout dates:Thanksgiving (U.S.), Christmas, and New Year’s weeks.

Business and First Class upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional fee. Use of frequent flyer miles for upgrades is dependent on specific ticket restrictions as determined by the airline’s frequent flyer program.
