This prize letter is subject to availability and blackout dates.  Hotel reservations must be requested before prize letter expiration date by email to mktcoordinator@iberostar-hotels.com.  No portion is transferable and the trip is not redeemable for cash.  This prize letter can only be used at specified property noted.  Prize letter cannot be redeemed for hotel upgrades and/or combined with any other promotion, voucher or prize certificate.  This original letter serves as hotel voucher and must be handed to the reception desk upon check in.  If prize letter is not presented, hotel stay will be charged at the current rate.  Guests are responsible for any additional charges and services not covered under hotel stay.
