Winner will receive a post-secondary transition assessment and consultation from Roots Educational and Behavioral Consulting, LLC.
All students have unique hopes and dreams for their future, and getting there can be a bumpy road. For students with unique learning needs, the challenges can be overwhelming. Having a full picture of a learner's strengths and weaknesses is key to successful post-secondary transitions.
We will provide a student and family a complete transition assessment, and develop a personalized plan and recommendations during a consultation.
With a combined 30+ years in education and Applied Behavior Analysis, Roots Educational and Behavioral Consulting provides a unique perspective to working with children and families in Chicago and surrounding areas. We understand the challenges and joys that are at home with your child. We have worked in the public school systems as teachers, administrators, behavior analysts, and special education advocates. Our services go beyond in-home ABA services and span the life of your child and your family. We support families of all children facing challenges at home, in school, and in the community. Our services support the entire child, their family, and their community through all transitions.
