Spindle is a different business model that leverages technology to bring more value to the workout experience. We believe in the science behind progression, the art of coaching and the empowerment of individuals produces the perfect formula to generate real fitness results. We also acknowledge that the modern life demands flexibility and accountability. With this in mind, we re-engineered the way fitness  is delivered and created the Spindle System.

The Spindle System operates on four basic pillars: Individualized Programming, Expert Coaching, Flexibility, and Accountability. We craft your individualized fitness programs which are re-calibrated monthly. We load your Spindle App so you can access and execute your workouts at the convenience of your schedule and location. We provide hands-on guidance and a great community for those who choose to come to our facility. Finally, we hold all of us accountable by measuring and analyzing results through statistically meaningful data.

At Spindle, we provide a fitness solution that delivers on your needs for effectiveness, flexibility and sustainability. We work hard for individuals who have a good sense of self, are high achievers, and embrace all aspects of health as a journey for life.

HOW WE DO IT

The Spindle System is not personal training. It is not group fitness or club membership either. Here’s how it works.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING

We develop individualized programs for all of our clients. Our Master Programmers are experienced fitness professionals who will design and periodically realign your programs based on your goals and progression. They bring in extensive programming hours, creative thinking, and innovation capability through industry leadership and continual education. Each client benefits from the knowledge of not only one expert trainer, but a group of highly skilled professionals who use a systematic approach to programming.

For each and every one of our clients, our Master Programmers will create 12 sessions at a time that are loaded into your Spindle App.  Your evolution is assessed monthly through feedback, measurement, and data analysis. Progression is tracked individually and by peer group, holding both programmers and clients accountable for the effectiveness of their choices. Insights feed back into the design for the next 12 sessions.

We ingeniously combine the art, the science and the human touch necessary to deliver effective, challenging and evolving programs. And we do so using a scalable and sustainable model which allows us to help more people without compromising quality.

MOBILITY + TRACTABILITY

The Spindle App serves two main purposes. Flexibility: allowing you to take your programs with you so you can workout whenever and wherever convenient; and Accountability: allowing you to track your individual and comparative progress. While we strive to continue to improve our mobile application, it already provides very helpful control tools.

We work hard behind the scenes so you can be efficient with your training time. Whether you use our facility, hotel gyms, or your home space, Spindle is the brainpower you need to get the results you want.

ON-SITE COACHING

Our Expert Technicians are professional trainers who are on-site during our hours of operations to ensure you receive an unprecedented coaching experience. They help you get the most out of your workout sessions with expert guidance and friendly personalities. They work hand-in-hand with our Master Programmers to help our clients excel on execution. Further, they help us build a community and excite those who visit our facility. We hope you do come to experience what they have to offer.
