This Makita Combo Kit gives you an 18-Volt Hammer Driver-Drill and Impact Driver. These two BL Brushless Motor solutions are electronically controlled to optimize battery energy use for up to 50% longer run time per charge over brushed. The BL Brushless Motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently use its energy to match torque and RPM to the demands of the application.

• Includes cordless 1/2 in. hammer driver-drill (XPH06Z), impact driver (XDT08Z), two 18-Volt LXT lithium-ion batteries (BL1830) and 18-Volt lithium-ion rapid optimum charger (DC18RC)
• Variable 2-speed, 1/2 in. hammer driver-drill (0-400 and 0-1550 RPM) with brushless motor delivers 530 in. lbs. of maximum torque and weighs only 3.9 lbs.
