Oyster Girls Party Kit Service ~ Oysters & Shrimp for a Private Party
The Oyster Girls will provide oyster shucking service and an oyster bar with 120 Oysters and four (4) pounds of seasoned boiled shrimp. The bar will feature raw oysters on the half shell served over beds of ice. At the bar we provide our famous mignonette sauces, the sassy pick horseradish sauce and classic rice-wine mignonette, with accoutrements. Organic and local ingredients are used as available.
Oyster Menu: We serve locally grown oysters from Tomales Bay. Our signature oyster is the Petite - Miyagi. It’s flavor and characteristics change with the seasons. In general, it is a robust, crisp oyster with upfront brine and a mineral or seaweed finish.
This kit provides for one staff person from The Oyster Girls who will provide service for 1.5 hours, arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled service to shuck while introducing your guests to the art of eating oysters.

The Jeio Prosecco Brut owned by the Bisol Family, whose historic winery is located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene in the Venato. One of the oldest wineries of sparkling Prosecco; the winery has been making the finest Prosécco's of Valdobbiadene since 1542. Perlage is extremely fine and lively; fruit-forward, ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to the entire meal. It pairs well with appetizers and oysters.
