Item Description
“Gorilla Warfare” by Kevin Betou, grade 11
Medium: Copic Markers and Pigma Micron Pens on Paper
This work shows a khaki-clad gorilla in forward stride with a banana in his hand. The background wallpaper features dozens of bright bananas.
Kevin wrote: I really like drawing comics and wanted to draw a buff gorilla and the guerilla warfare joke. I don’t fully remember the joke, actually, but I took a gorilla and make him look cool.
The biggest challenge was filling the page while using extremely small markers.
