Joseph Grube (Joe) has been an ardent educator since 1992 when he received his M.A. in Special Education from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Joe taught in Phoenix, Arizona schools for thirteen years; he became dual-certified and worked with regular and special education students, ranging from Elementary to University level. In 2003, Joe received his Ed.D. in Education Administration from Arizona State University and took a six month sabbatical to study international curriculum throughout Australia and New Zealand. While overseas, Joe was offered and accepted a position with The American International School in Sydney. Joe stayed in Australia for five years as teacher, guidance counselor, and middle school curriculum leader. Joe continues to have a burning passion for education, theatre arts, and he strives to foster a respectful community where all students feel safe to take risks, become actively involved in, and take responsibility for their own learning.
