Megan provided my third grade class with fabulous mindfulness lessons. She always came prepared with well-planned lessons and had a very effective way of relating with the students. After Megan's lessons, it was amazing to witness the shift that took place in my students' ability to focus. Any class would benefit tremendously from her Mindfulness presentations. -- Selva S., 3rd Grade Teacher, CCUSD
Dear Ms. Hook, Thank you for teaching us Mindfulness and it helped me be more calm. I did the 1 minute anchor breathing at my house when I was feeling bad and it helped me be more relaxed. – Kyle, student
