Chef Meg Fama serves up "Dinner in Your Home" for 8 people sourcing from local farms with farm-fresh ingredients like farmstead cheeses, breads from Connecticut’s finest bakers; even the ketchup and hot sauce is homemade from local tomatoes in season.
With an appreciation for fresh ingredients from her grandmother’s kitchen, Meg learned to cook with vegetables picked from the garden and went on to become chef at several well-regarded restaurants in the New Haven area and in Fairfield County. Now with Farm Belly, Chef Meg brings her tasty food to more people.
