The basic facts: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, gourmet kitchen, Italian marble "en-suite" baths, Jacuzzi, private beach, two 55in flat screen TVs, cable, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioned, beautiful green rolling lawn.
Large deck with dining table, BBQ, lounge chairs, etc. for reading, dining, and relaxing.
The master bedroom suite, with panoramic water views, occupies entire second floor with queen bed, sofa, Italian white marble bathroom & Jacuzzi/air jet combo. A second bedroom has en-suite bath, queen bed, pocket garden, and best ever multi-jet shower. There is also a smaller third bedroom and bathroom, downstairs, on the other side of the house.
