Enjoy a 8-day, 7-night stay at Vidanta Riviera Maya in a Grand Mayan Double Bedroom Suite Villa. The Villa is a two-bedroom, two bathroom suite with two Jacuzzi tubs, a terrace with a plunge pool, as well as a kitchen and dining table. It has three LCD televisions. The suite accommodates 6 adults, 2 children. It allows access to all Grand Mayan level amenities. Travel must take place prior to December 31, 2016.

Travel must take place prior to December 31, 2016 and be booked no later than July 1, 2016. This package DOES NOT include food allowance, activities for which a fee is charged, or flights.  It includes ground transportation from the airport. It can be booked up to a minimum of 5 months in advance. Arrival days are Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday. To book travel, you must contact Chris or Kirsten Floyd.

This item is not transferable and may not be exchanged for another Vidanta property without explicit consent of Kirsten Floyd.  This item may not be resold or refunded. 

This item will be featured in and carried over into the Live Event.

Online Auction Rules and Restrictions

1. Restrictions: All bidders must be age 21 and over.
2. You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up beginning May 16, 2016 until May 27, 2016 at West Hartford Town Hall, Room 128.
3. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay The Mayor’s Charity Ball for the services/items offered.
4. Travel must take place by December 2016.
5. The Mayor’s Charity Ball warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by The Mayor’s Charity Ball.
6. Items may not be returned, refunded, resold or exchanged.
7. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither The Mayor’s Charity Ball nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
