The Hermitage Club is an exclusive, four-season private club community in southern Vermont celebrating the outdoors and family fun. The Hermitage Club's 1400 acre resort enclave is tucked away in the tranquil mountains of the Deerfield Valley in southern Vermont, within easy reach of major metropolitan areas.

Members have access to our private mountain recreational activities in the winter ranging from alpine skiiing and snowbarding with no lift lines and uncrowded trails, to cross country skiiing, snowmobiling, tubing, ice skating, and snowshoeing. The primary member will receive unlimited access to Alpine skiing and riding. Each member will also receive 100 complimentary ski passes for family and guests. Members with their own snowmobiles may ride on the mountain after the lifts close.

In the spring, summer, and fall, the primary member and immediate family members will receive unlimited golfing on our 18-hole Desmond Muirhead designed course plus hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and paddling. In addition, they will be given 10 complimentary rounds of golf for extended family and guests plus discounts on additional guest rounds. Access to other recreational activities on the grounds such as kayaking and paddle boarding are also included.

The member and immediate family will have access to our incredible new 80,000 square foot timber framed clubhouse, which includes a restaurant offering seasonally-inspired fine dining and a bar, private dining rooms, luxurious spa services, member locker rooms, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities, snow sports school, movie theater, bowling alley, and arcade.

Minimum reserve bid must be $7,500 or above.

Current and previous Hermitage Club members are ineligible.

Online Auction Rules and Restrictions

1. Restrictions: All bidders must be age 21 and over.
2. You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up beginning May 16, 2016 until May 27, 2016 at West Hartford Town Hall, Room 128.
3. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay The Mayor’s Charity Ball for the services/items offered.
4. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be May 14, 2017.
5. The Mayor’s Charity Ball warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by The Mayor’s Charity Ball.
6. Items may not be refunded, returned, resold or exchanged.
7. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither The Mayor’s Charity Ball nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
