After 102 years on the Lower East Side, Russ & Daughters, the landmark New York City appetizing shop on East Houston Street, has opened a new location uptown at the Jewish Museum — a kosher 70-seat, sit-down restaurant and a take-out appetizing counter on the Museum’s lower level.
Russ & Daughters at the Jewish Museum offers a selection of classic appetizing foods drawn from the original Russ & Daughters shop as well as the Russ & Daughters Cafe, including: smoked fish platters, bagels and bialys, knishes, herring, salads, soups, egg creams, and classic desserts such as babka. The takeout appetizing counter offers traditional smoked fish and spreads by the pound, as well as bagel sandwiches.
With this $100 gift card, you and your guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, or place an order to-go from the takeout appetizing counter.
Item Special Note
Russ & Daughters at the Jewish Museum is located at 1109 Fifth Avenue at 92nd Street. The restaurant is closed on Shabbat and is strictly kosher, supervised by National Kosher Supervision, under the auspices of Rabbi Aaron Mehlman.

Gift card may be picked up at Limmud NYte: Learning After Dark on June 16th, or at an Upper West Side location from June 17-30. It can also be shipped (within the Continental US) via first-class mail for $1 additional, or priority mail for $6.50 additional.
