Item Description

The winner of this package will receive legal services from Howard & Howard to create a new Nevada corporation or limited liability company. Howard & Howard’s services will include:

• filing the Articles of Incorporation / Organization;

• drafting the Bylaws / Operating Agreement;

• drafting the organizational meeting minutes;

• filing the initial list; and

• obtaining a tax I.D. number (EIN).

The package includes attorneys’ fees and Secretary of State filing costs.

For 20 years, Mr. Gardberg has handled matters all over the world, including in Nevada, California, Florida, and New York, and overseas in Great Britain, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Mexico, and the U.A.E. Mr. Gardberg received his J.D. from UCal-Berkeley in 1996, finishing in the top 10% of his class, and his B.A. summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 1991.
