Item Description

The winner will receive legal services to prepare and file one federal trademark application with Howard & Howard. Services will include:

• in-person or telephonic consultation;

• preliminary trademark search of the federal trademark database;

• preparing one federal trademark application; and

• filing the federal trademark application.

(The package includes attorneys’ fees, but does not include the United States Patent and Trademark costs, which begin at $275 USD per class of goods/services for the initial application. These services include only the filing of the initial trademark application. The winner may incur additional costs during examination of the application, and will incur additional costs to maintain a trademark registration, if one is secured. Howard & Howard cannot guarantee that a trademark is eligible for federal registration or that the application filing will result in issuance of a federal registration.)
