The winner of this package will receive the services of a professional mediator, Jay Young of Howard & Howard, for up to half (½) a day for assistance in settling a legal dispute.

The package includes attorneys’ fees and Secretary of State filing costs.

About Jay Young. Jay Young is a Las Vegas, Nevada arbitrator and mediator with a successful neutrals practice. Mr. Young is a Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judge. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 attorneys in the Western States by two publications. He has also been appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court as an Arbitrator (2003-Present) in the 8th Judicial District Court (Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada). He is a Judge Pro Tem (2011-present), a Special Master to the Business Court, 8th Judicial District Court (Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada), and an Arbitrator and Mediator for American Arbitration Association (Complex Commercial Litigation Arbitration and Mediation National Panel Member), Better Business Bureau Arbitrator. Mr. Young has arbitrated and/or mediated over 250 disputes.
