Item Description

The winner will receive (i) one hour for estate planning consultation and (ii) the legal services to create a simple Will and/or simple revocable trust, from Howard & Howard. Services will include:

• One- hour consultation with the prospective client relative his/her estate planning needs;

• Drafting of a simple will and/or simple trust, depending on the person’s needs and/or desires;

• Drafting of durable powers of attorney for health and financial decisions; and

• Execution of the estate planning documents.

The package includes attorneys’ fees and Secretary of State filing costs.

About Gwen Rutar Mullins. Ms. Mullins, born in Maribor, Slovenia, is also fluent is Slovenian. She received her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1984 and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1987. Ms. Mullins was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1987. Ms. Mullins concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, guardianship, trust administration, business and estate planning, corporate law, contracts, construction law, real estate and commercial litigation.
