2012 Melville Pinot Noir St Rita Hills

• Winemaker's Notes:This is 100% Melville fruit from our Sta. Rita Hills Estate, and is a collection of 16 pinot noir clones. 40% of the fruit was fermented as whole-clusters with 60% gently de-stemmed in small (1.5 ton) open-top fermenters. Total skin and stem contact averaged 30 days (7 day cold soak, 2 + weeks of fermentation and 1 + week extended maceration). From the press, the wine was transferred directly into neutral barrel (old French oak), where it remained sur lie without sulfur until June, when it was gently racked for the first time and prepared for bottling in August.

• Winemaker's Notes: The 2013 Freemark Abbey Fiftieth Reserve Red Wine is the result of selective sourcing, exceptional winemaking and expert blending from Spring Mountain vineyards by Winemaker Ted Edwards specifically for Super Bowl 50.
• This traditional Bordeaux-styled wine is a collection ofmountain fruit, handpicked from Napa Valley's venerable Spring Mountain. The wine is dark, yet approachable, with a depthof rich, black fruit.
• Blend: 67% Merlot, 14.3% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, 5.7% Petit Verdot

Newton 2013 Unfiltered Chardonnay

• Tasting Notes: 2013 Unfiltered Chardonnay reflects the opulence and profound intensity of the vintage with rich, complex and vibrant fruit flavors balanced by savory barrel fermentation influences. The aromas of grapefruit, honey, vanilla, brioche and apricot are fresh and inviting. The palate is intense and powerful with rich fig and pear fruit flavors balanced by subtle creamy oak, nutty savory notes and a long, lingering finish.
