The Little Theatre of Alexandria is a prominent community theatre located at 600 Wolfe Street in Alexandria, Virginia. It has a member / subscriber base of over 2000 and owns its own building. The theatre was founded by Mary Lindsey in 1934 and was originally known as the Peacock Players. It has since staged more than 350 productions. During recent years it has produced a seven to ten show season.

Similar to the riverboats of Europe, the Dandy and Nina's Dandy were designed to cruise under the dramatic low-arched stone bridges that span the Potomac River before returning to the pier in beautiful, historic Old Town Alexandria.
Tunes from the ebony grand piano greet you as you board Nina's Dandy. As the journey begins, enjoy one of the many cocktails available from the mahogany bar. Take in the beauty of a centuries-old center of commerce, as seen from the decks of merchant ships long ago. Watch as the Washington Monument, Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials, and Kennedy Center glide past your window as you feast on prime rib, shrimp stuffed with crab meat or one of the other delectable entrees prepared by world-class chefs aboard the ship. See the sights of Georgetown as the ship turns around and heads back to the pier, but not before you venture out onto the 464 square-foot marble dance floor to dance to the best music of every generation. Or, for a more low-key end to the evening, enjoy the monuments one more time from the quiet solitude of the 3,700 square-foot open upper deck.
Dinner Pricing Monday - Sunday $98 per person Saturday $108 and includes:
- Three hour cruise
- Live music upon boarding and during dinner
- 3 course meal served table side
- Candlelight dancing on our 464 square foot marble dance floor or dancing under the stars on our 3,700 square foot upper, outer deck
Attire
Dinner: Jackets recommended, not required; business or cocktail attire for ladies.
Parking
The Strand Street Parking lot, owned by the City of Alexandria, is located between Duke and Prince Street on The Strand. It opens directly to our compound and is a cash only lot. Street parking is not recommended because it is limited to two hours and strictly enforced.

Friday & Saturday Boarding 6:30 pm to 6:55 pm
