Item Description
The Manchester Community Center, a non-profit organization located in Manchester, MA, provides a place where residents gather to meet, work and socialize. The center opens its doors to groups and organizations of all types, leading and supporting worthwhile initiatives that make Manchester-by-the-Sea a truly special place to live.
The Manchester Community Center features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an 800 square foot main room, plus an upstairs loft and a sitting room. The building is handicap accessible, including one bathroom. Renters have access to the center's 6 foot folding tables, folding chairs, a small upright piano, a large projector screen, and an iPod-compatible sound system. The main room accommodates up to 100 people and the Manchester Community Center is air-conditioned!
This is for a one-time rental of the facility, based on availability. Typical events run for four hours. A fully refundable deposit of $100 is required when reserving the Center. Amount will be returned if the Center is left in acceptable condition.
