Our new and improved program, Chef's Table, begins with a tour through both our cellar and our brand new fermentation building. Our goal is to immerse you in the winemaking process -- the steps we take from grape to glass, so come prepared for an exclusive backstage discussion on the specifics of fine wine production. Once seated in our private tasting room, your host will guide you through carefully chosen library selections of our most exclusive wines with an elegant five-course menu created by Executive Chef Peter Janiak.  As Ted Seghesio says: "As long as Chef is cooking, I'll be there!" The Chef's Table experience is one you'll remember for a lifetime.

Restrictions: Ranch house stay may not be scheduled on any major holidays, and is subject to availability. Activities subject to weather conditions. Chef's table experience is hosted Friday through Sunday at 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Reservation required.
