Come and Bid at the Live Auction taking place September 17, 2016 during  our JCCCNC Annual Event at the Japanese Culture and Community Center of Northern California. We hope you can join us!  

If not, Proxy bidding is accepted. Contact skagami@jcccnc.org to place your PROXY BID by noon, September 16, 2016. A volunteer will bid on your behalf at the live event up to the maximum designated amount you provide. We will contact you if you are the winning bidder.

Item Special Note

Restrictions do apply:  

• Tickets must be used together.  No individual (single ticket) itineraries will be allowed.
• Tickets are not upgradeable with mileage awards or additional payment.
• Tickets may be transferred to any person with a written notification to JAL. Name change is not allowed after ticket issuance.
• Ticket must be issued by August 31, 2017.
• Travel must be completed by September 2017.
• Ticket valid for one (1) month after date of departure.
• Air travel arrangements must be made at least 30 days in advance. 
• It is the travelers’ responsibility for obtaining all proper/required travel documents for the planned itinerary.
• The routing of the itinerary cannot be changed after the journey begins.
• Date change within the maximum stay of one (1) month is free of charge, provided that the change is made at least one (1) day prior to the original departure date.  If not, the remainder of the ticket will have no value.
• JAL tickets are non-refundable.
• Four Night Accommodations (two rooms) provided courtesy of Kintetsu International Travel Consultants.  Your stay can be selected from any of the following cities: Tokyo (Shinjuku Washington Hotel, Shinagawa Prince), Kyoto (New Miyako Hotel, Rihga Royal) or Osaka (Shin Hankyu, Hotel Granvia).  Hotel accommodations will only be offered for stays within Japan.
• Rooms are subject to availability.  Comparable hotels may be substituted by Kintetsu International Travel Consultants.
• Blackout periods apply during peak seasons (Golden Week and Obon Season)
• Incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
• Hotel arrangements must be made through Kintetsu International at least 45 days in advance prior to travel dates.
• Tickets may be transferred to any person with a written notification to JAL. Name change is not allowed after ticket issuance. Tickets cannot be sold.
