It's all about "Comfy Elegance"! We have recently completed an ENTIRE HOME RENOVATION, to provide you with a wonderful, comfortable, elegant atmosphere, all while having the ability to access your choice of Palm Beach or Eagle Beach & white sandy beaches in 4 minutes or under!  

The Heart of Palm Beach with all it's resorts, restaurants, casinos, shopping and nightlife are literally a 4 minute drive or max 20 minute walk. Our area is very quiet, safe and their are sidewalks/areas to walk on all the main roads for safety. We also provide you with flashlights if you want for your walking at night!

Moomba Beach (at Palm Beach) and Eagle Beach are about a 5-6 minute drive max and a 25 or so minute walk, if you choose. Our other favorite beaches are Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach for Snorkeling! They are about a 7 minute drive.

Our home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 persons.

Our home features Master bedroom with King Bed and en suite full bathroom and is separate from the 2 other guest rooms (split plan). The two other guest rooms (1 features a queen bed and the other 2 twins, that can be made into a king). All of the bedroom have full wall closets, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The entire home and yard is provided with protected WIFI and all of the rooms boasts TV have full cable, including HBO! The entire home has both hot and cold water.

When you enter into the backyard, you are in your own personal tropical oasis. We have a new salt water in ground pool with sitting area in the pool, a lounge area for sunning, a covered gazebo area to get out of the sun, a BBQ and outdoor eating area, as well as an outdoor shower. Portable blue tooth speakers are available for you to use both in the house and yard. All Pool toys and comfy lounges chairs are provided pool side, as are pool and beach towels, snorkel gear and more!

Adjacent to our home and next to the pool area is a full bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.  
We provide all linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, paper supplies. We also (at an extra charge) can have groceries for you in the fridge upon your arrival (beer and wine too if needed)! If you want extra housekeeping during your stay (departure cleaning included in pricing) we can arrange that as well. We can also arrange a rental vehicle if you need, and we have cruiser bikes for rent with our house (additional cost).

We have provided our home with everything we want it to provide us with while we are there on Aruba, so we truly hope we provide you with everything you will need!
