Our artistic team drew insipiration from the overarching idea in Psalms that no matter what we do, or how we steer our lives, we are in G-d's hands. Prayer and belief can comfort and guide us, but ultimately, our fate is beyond our control. The image of a small boat in the middle of a vast ocean, yet held by G-d's hands, represents the idea that our destiny is not necessarily within our own grasp.
Ayelet Gad is a painter from Pardes-Hanna Karkur, Israel.
