Out of devastation and deep pain toward hope. The earth and its sprouting plants, and the underwater-like image we've created demonstrate the growth out of the dried earth and the tumult of emotions that surges out of the oceans' depth and toward hope. Psalm 126:5 "Those who go out weeping...will return with songs of joy..." Psalm 69:1-2 "Save me, O G-d, for the waters have come up to my neck..."
Shoshi Dishon is a ceramicist from Pardes-Hanna Karkur, Israel.
