? Donna Carrillo Director Device Service Integration Donna Carrillo is the Director of Device Service Integration at AT&T where she delivers Signature Service Experiences on consumer mobile devices. With her team of 9 device marketing professionals, Donna brokers all activities between the developers of more than 35 products with over a dozen of AT&Ts Mobile Equipment Manufacturers to ensure quality AT&T preloaded application experiences. In this role, Donna has advanced the integration of over 2,200 services on more than 160 mobile devices. Donna collaborates with over 40 internal product owners across the Consumer Marketing, Network, Customer Care, and AT&T Business Solutions organizations to integrate enhanced customer support tools and key strategic services. These preloads engage more than 44M customers and deliver over $200M in revenue yearly. Donna has deep telecommunications experience in both network and marketing where she has held positions both in the field and at headquarters. Donna excelled in operational roles where she managed teams of up to 80 employees. Most notably, Donna ran the State of Alabama Mobility Network organization where she grew the market from 130 to over 300 cell sites, directed yearly capital and expense budgets in excess of $60M and $20M respectively, and furthered a very high quality network. Donna built the initial PCS markets in South Alabama and North Florida, forged partner relations for capital approval, guided network merger activities, spearheaded disaster recovery following hurricanes, and directed the technical support call center. Donna made key contributions running Product Development Engineering with responsibility for all company products from ideation to launch. In that role, Donna directed mobile feature design, Tier III product lifecycle support, and Intellectual Property reporting. Donna gained valuable entrepreneurial experience when she ran product development as co-owner of a local Bakery & Caf. In this role, Donna created and launched new product lines which resulted in a successful sister brand that drove increased revenues. Donna was one of only thirty-five leaders across AT&T selected for the 2014 General Managers Accelerated Development Program (GM ADP) a year-long, intensive AT&T experience designed to advance business acumen and increase strategic perspective as preparation for future leadership opportunities. Donna earned a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida where she graduated at the top of her ISE class and achieved diehard Gator fan status. Donna and her two sons, Alex (15) and Christofer (12), live in Atlanta where she enjoys recreational flying, writing short stories, and watching her boys play soccer.
