Imagine your next football halftime party or Games of Thrones viewing party with the addition of professional bartending lessons. Kristi will come to your home and teach you all the basics of making great cocktails. You can pick out what cocktails you would like to learn how to make. Learn why sometimes you shake not stir. All the alcohol and cheese and crackers are included in this package. Kristi will bring all the equipment needed.
Kristi Dukoff has experience in every aspect of restaurant hospitality. She helped run the newly opened kitchen of a four diamond hotel in Boston, waited tables and tended bar in New York City, and was the head waiter on a cruise ship with a homeport in Hawaii. Kristi has her associate’s degree in culinary arts, and a bachelor’s degree in food service management from Johnson & Wales University. Kristi came to Gracie’s in 2011. As their Bar Manager, Kristi relishes the creative freedom to design drinks with specialty ingredients, including an array of her own handmade bitters and syrups made with fresh, local products. Her eye for detail, and focus on quality show in her work, but are especially evident in the smiles around the bar.
