Item Description
In 1976, winemakers from Napa Valley stood tall to the notion that fine wine can only be produced in France and where Mijenko "Mike" Grgich proved them all wrong with his 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay which took home the top prize that year. Also taking home the top wine for Cabernet Sauvignon was the Stag's Leap single vineyard and finishing towards the top was Heitz. Enjoy these three wines 2012 Grgich Hills Chardonnay, 2013 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon 50th Anniversary Edition, and 2012 Heitz Cellas Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, and taste what the judges did some forty years ago and decide for yourself, would Napa Valley still reign supreme today in the Judgement of Paris?
