The Seattle Cruise Ship terminal is less than a mile away.

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the upper level of this home, including the master. The view from the king sized bed in the master is breathtaking, with the iconic city below, gorgeous against the shimmering water. In the distance, on clear days, Mt. Rainier in all its glory gives a show of shows. Absolutely stunning.

The master bathroom features a custom, oversized jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the upper level also features a full bath. The open, gourmet kitchen is on the main floor of the home and includes top-of-the-line appliances. Off the kitchen is a formal living room classically decorated with a large fireplace. The living room has French doors opening to a balcony that overlooks the huge living space on the lower level. That lower space boasts its own grandeur, with 20 foot ceilings and three giant floor-to-ceiling windows. There also is a second kitchen, full bathroom, and a third bedroom, which features a walk-in closet and a queen sized bed.
