When is it too early to plan a spring vacation? Never! This package will help you be right on time, actually. Here's a week -- April 23 through April 29, 2017 -- in a beautiful Sanibel Island home in the fun Gumbo Limbo neighborhood located in Florida. This is a perfect spring break destination. The fabulous home is pet friendly, sleeps up to 10 people, and is close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. In other words, it's perfectly located for f.u.n.
Sanibel Island offers so much to do, including having miles of bike paths. This home has seating for 8 and comfortable rocking chairs to rest and relax on while reading a book or having your morning coffee.
You might just want to hang around this lovely home, watching the wildlife in the flora and on the backyard pond. You will find plenty of seating areas on the wraparound deck. Long sliding glass doors provide a window to the serene setting outside. Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and Internet access.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs, with a queen bed in each room and a shared bathroom in between the rooms. The main living level is where you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and the inviting lanai!
There is a small kitchenette downstairs, as well as a living room with TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa. The downstairs area also has a bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom. The garage is off of this area and is where the washer and dryer are located.
The backyard features a freestanding purple lily pad pond with live fish that would love for you to feed them. From the side deck you may see or hear the neighborhood Osprey on his pine tree perch.
Binoculars are provided for you bird watchers. This is a fun, unique house waiting for you to enjoy your vacation! Sanibel is calling!
