A Cocktail and Small Plate Party for 8 to 10 guests, brought to your home, hosted by Chef Timothy Swepston and his wife, Emma. This party will feature two signature Southern cocktails, the Sazarac and Pim’s cup, as well as five small plates that showcase the style and eclectic elegance of Southern Louisiana Cuisine. Menu will include artisan charcuterie and sauces, and can be modified to accommodate food allergies.
Chef Timothy Swepston, currently daytime Sous Chef for Boudin’s Seafood, cooked in the New Orleans fine dining industry for over fifteen years, and held the title of Saucier for Emeril’s Delmonico, and Executive Chef for Dick & Jenny’s, Atchafalaya, and the Acura VIP Stage at Jazz Fest.
Chef Swepston only caters a handful of private parties a year, so don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to have him cook for you in your home for 8-10 guests.
