Point Reyes National Seashore Association is delghted to partner with our friends at Enjoy Pilates and Toby's Coffee Bar for the opportunity to engage your mind while strengthening, balancing and caffeinating your body.
This package begins with three private one-hour Pilates sessions for one person with Enjoy Pilates Studio owner Audrey Piper. Sessions must be booked over three consecutive weeks for the same person each week.
Pilates is a system of over 500 exercises that build upon one another to engage the mind and strengthen and balance the body. Developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century, it is renowned for conditioning the body from head to toe.
The Pilates repertoire emphasizes uniform muscle development so that joints experience vital balance allowing all of your daily movement to become more mindful, fluid and with ease.
Private sessions are a great way to get started with Pilates. These sessions are especially helpful if you are brand new to Pilates and want to ensure proper form in the exercises, are recovering from an injury or need modifications to exercises, or need help re-focusing on your fitness routine. Audrey tailors your workout program around your strengths and weaknesses and your fitness goals.
Included is a $15 gift certificate from Toby's Coffee Bar in Point Reyes Station. Toby's Coffee Bar is operated by Osteria Stellina, also in Point Reyes Station, and serves a variety of coffee drinks and teas, as well as delicious baked goods prepared at Stellina. Conveniently located in the historic Toby's Feed Barn, Toby's Coffee Bar is open seven days a week.

Funds from the Dinner on the Pacific Plate Auction support important park preservation and environmental education projects at Point Reyes National Seashore, located just 90 minutes northwest of San Francisco on the Marin County coast. All winning bids made above fair market value are tax-deductible.
This package includes:
( 1 ) 3 private Pilates sessions, 55 minutes each, with Enjoy Pilates Studio owner Audrey Piper. Sessions must be booked over 3 consecutive weeks for the same person each week. Certificate is good during 2017 only. Participant must sign the Studio Waiver and Policies form prior to first session.
