Original certificate must be presented at the Front Desk. This certificate is based on availability and not vaild on holidays or special events (i.e. Boat Show). Certain blackout dates will be in effect over high occupancy periods. Non -transferable to another location and non-negotiable. A daily resort fee of $25 (+ tax) will be automatically added to your room charges and is not covered under this certificate. Expiration dates will not be extended. Nights must be used consecutively. The certificate is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be sold. Certificates are not replaceable of lost, stolen or destroyed. Certificate expires on December 31, 2017.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Applicable Shipping Fees will be billed to the winning bidder's credit card on file.

Daily resort fee covers the following:

• Enhanced high speed internet access/wifi
• Unlimited local and long distance calls
  
• Two (2) welcome drinks per stay

• One (1) beach umbrella daily
  
• Two (2) beach chairs daily
  
• One (1) hour rental per room, per day of a kayak or paddle board (16yrs and up) or a surf board (12yrs and up) or boogie board (5yrs and up)
• Two (2) fitness classes per room, per day, resv required boot camp, spin and spa aqua classes not included
  
• One (1) hour tennis per stay incl racquets and balls, resv required
• One (1) snorkeling tour for 2 guests per stay, water condition dependent
