• In the event that room accommodations cannot be provided as reserved, the properthy reserves the right, without liability, to accommodate in an alternate property in rooms of equal or superior quality in the State of Hawaii for all or part of the reservation. Castle Resorts & Hotels and its properties shall not be liable for any damages or claims suffered by the guest and or related persons as a result of such relocation.
