If an item cannot be picked up in person, either at the live event on October 20, 2016 by 10 pm, or, by October 27, 2016 at HOPES Administrative offices at 301 Garden St., Hoboken, NJ, bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount.  Items will be shipped via FedEx and billed at standard industry rates.
