Enjoy a 2 night, 3 day ski and stay experience for a family of four at the Hermitage Club. The Hermitage Club is the only private Ski Club on the East Coast. Their 1,400-acre spectacular private mountain enclave is nestled in the tranquil mountains of Southern Vermont's Deerfield Valley. Your Hermitage Club experience includes: Two nights of lodging (up to two rooms per night) at the White House Inn, Inn at Saw Mill Farm or Snow Goose Inn Includes three days of access (from arrival day through departure day) to Hermitage Club amenities for up to 4 people Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding Cross Country Skiing (XC ski rentals included) Tubing and Ice Skating (Ice Skate rentals included) Clubhouse, Fitness Center and Family Center Not valid during holiday periods (Christmas Day through New Years Day, Martin Luther King Weekend and Presidents Weekend) and special event weekends. Additional inn rooms, food & beverage, spa services, alpine ski and snowboard equipment rentals, lessons, retail etc. are not included but are available for additional fees. You will be notified by e-mail if you are the winning bidder. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between November 16, 2016-December 1, 2016.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/ items offered.
- Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on claiming services will be November 13, 2017. After this date all right and entitlement to the item or service are cancelled.
- Items may not be returned or exchanged.
- BCDS does not provide kosher certification. The kashrut of all food items is guaranteed only by the company/restaurant/host.
- Bi-Cultural Day School does not warrant the quality, value or the safety of any of the items or services offered for purchase at the auction. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by BCDS.
BY BIDDING AND MAKING PAYMENT FOR ANY AUCTION ITEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED AND THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF AND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT YOUR USE OF THE ITEM OR SERVICE PURCHASED.
