Achieve Optimal Results in less time with Pure Conditioning’s technologically advanced exercise and nutrition program.
One (1) month membership (8- bi weekly 30 minute high intensity training sessions and 1, 30 minute nutrition consultation) plus 1, 30 minute introduction to how our system works.
Sessions can be fulfilled in either/both of our 2 locations: 129 Shelter Rock Rd in North Stamford, CT or 532 Madison Ave in Midtown Manhattan, NY.

Our proprietary system has evolved into the ultimate exercise experience; private one-on-one training in a serene environment, with superior instruction, unique, re-engineered equipment specifically designed to maximize our specialized methods plus nutrition counseling. The program integrates all aspects of fitness; strength training, cardiovascular training and mobility. It is adaptable to anyone at any age, height, weight, or health status. We have worked with hundreds of individuals, 9-92 years of age, from the most fit to the most unfit. We offer a program that is customized for the unique needs and differences of each person.

2016 Conditions of Sale
You will be notified by e-mail if you are the winning bidder. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between November 16, 2016-December 1, 2016.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/ items offered.
- Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on claiming services will be November 13, 2017. After this date all right and entitlement to the item or service are cancelled.
- Items may not be returned or exchanged.
- BCDS does not provide kosher certification. The kashrut of all food items is guaranteed only by the company/restaurant/host.
- Bi-Cultural Day School does not warrant the quality, value or the safety of any of the items or services offered for purchase at the auction. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by BCDS.
BY BIDDING AND MAKING PAYMENT FOR ANY AUCTION ITEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED AND THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF AND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT YOUR USE OF THE ITEM OR SERVICE PURCHASED.
