Enjoy 6 nights accommodation for 2 in a junior suite at the Riu Palace Costa Rica in Guanacaste, Costa Rica on the edge of the beach of Matapalo. The hotel has four swimming pools (one with a wet bar), jacuzzi, gym, sauna and a wellness center "Renova Spa" with different treatments and massages - everything you need for maximum comfort during your stay. From the hotel, you can do several unforgettable excursions such as ecotourism in the volcanic areas, the National Park Rincon de la Vieja, the Safari Park or the capital of Guanacaste: Liberia.
The quality of the cuisine offered at the different restaurants of the hotel is exceptional thanks to our chefs, who prepare a variety of dishes, from classic to the most exotic. You'll want to to try each of our menus and thanks to the all inclusive service, you will be able to enjoy the buffet restaurant or any of the four different theme restaurants of the hotel.
Enjoy an Eagle Ray diving package for 2 that includes 4 local dives and 2 dives in Catalina Island with the ScubaCaribe Dive Center. The dive center is located adjacent to the hotel property and has a team of 22 people dedicated to bringing the best of the sea to our customers. It offers easy and quick access to all diving sites in the area, most within 20 minutes, except Catalina Island which is 40 min away by boat. Guanacaste boasts an impressive array of marine life, making it the epicenter of diving in Costa Rica.
In addition to diving, our Water Sports Center offers free activities: kayak, pedal boat, paddle board, windsurfing, snorkeling gear and body boards. We also arrange snorkeling trips, jet skis, boat rides and much more! We offer water taxi service every hour to and from Playa del Coco.
While Costa Rica represents only 0.03% of the total territory of the planet, it stands out for its biodiversity, being among the 20 richest countries on earth. With just 51,100 km2 of total area, Costa Rica is home to almost a million species representing 4% total species on the planet. Guanacaste is famous for its spectacular beaches in the Pacific coast more than 200 km long. The beaches of Guanacaste are blessed by good weather and clear waters.
