Along with watching the spectacular action on the track, you can stroll through the historic grounds of the world's most legendary racetrack and enjoy the ambiance of one of the most hallowed shrines in American Sport.

Horse racing in Kentucky is rich in history, dating back to 1789 when the first race course was laid out in Lexington. Almost 100 years later, in 1875, Churchill Downs officially opened and began its tradition as "Home of the Kentucky Derby."

VIP Private Jockey Club Suite – Enjoy a luxurious Jockey Club Suite for you and a guest. Each luxury suite is appointed with a private balcony providing a panoramic view of the racetrack, a self-service wagering machine, a wet bar and first class service (food and beverage costs not included). Parking is included in designated lot (Gate 10).

Race Named in Your Honor & Trophy Presentation - Step into the Trackside Winner's Circle at Churchill Downs! A race will be named in your honor and your personalized race name will be listed in the program. You and your guest will be escorted into the Paddock for the saddling prior to your race. After viewing the selected race from trackside, you will step into the Trackside Winner's Circle and present a trophy engraved with your name to the winning owner, jockey or trainer. You will also receive a duplicate trophy and an 8" x 10" color photograph taken in the Winner's Circle to take home as a memento.

Valid for the Spring (May and June), September, or Fall (November) Meets, subject to availability. Not valid during Derby Week (last weekend of April through first weekend of May), or on premium dates such as Opening Weeks, Downs After Dark (select Saturday evenings), and major holidays. Dates subject to change.

Note: Up to 6 guests can be added to the suite and trophy presentation at no additional cost.

Hyatt Regency Louisville
Enjoy a 3-night stay in a standard guest room and indulge in the incredible choice of activities right outside the doors of this downtown Louisville hotel, from playing at Fourth Street Live!, to enticing dining and shopping in this thriving central business district. Stay at the top of your game by taking advantage of Hyatt Regency Louisville’s 24-hour “Stay Fit” gym. The fully-equipped health center offers the latest Universal, Lifecycle, and Nautilus fitness equipment available. Enjoy complimentary use of the beautiful indoor pool, hydro-spa and outdoor tennis court on the fourth floor.

Airfare
This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to Louisville, KY, subject to availability.

Airfare must be booked within one year from the date of purchase. Airfare taxes and a $25 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser. Blackout dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks.

Business and First Class upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional fee. Use of frequent flyer miles for upgrades is dependent on specific ticket restrictions as determined by the airline’s frequent flyer program.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold. Ground transportation is not included.

Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your items. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:

• Selected items will be available for pick-up at the League of Volunteers office in Newark no later than July 31st;
• If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance will apply and will be billed to your account.
• CA residents are subject to sales tax, where applicable.
