The Literary Reviews Rave!

WATERWOMAN
"Lenore Hart's story of love and betrayal yields as many surprises as the sea itself." – Southern Living
"Pure as the waters of the pre-industrial Chesapeake . . . utterly convincing and beautifully sensual. You feel the shell cuts, the pull of the nets." -Baltimore Sun

BECKY: THE LIFE AND LOVES OF BECKY THATCHER
“An engaging visit with old friends.” - People Magazine
“Those curious to know the fate of Tom Sawyer's puppy love will enjoy this deft sequel, which finds crybaby Becky all grown up--and a firebrand.” - ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ?Good Housekeeping
“Mark Twain is a tough act to follow, but Hart does her heroine justice.” -Publishers Weekly

THE RAVEN’S BRIDE
“Layer by layer, Hart builds her characters and their impoverished yet hope-filled world, creating a memorable young heroine whose naïve dreams soon give way to the urgency of saving the troubled, brilliant Poe from his inner darkness…This is an impressive, original work that illuminates its subject." Publishers Weekly [Starred review]
