Item Description
Reconstruction, acrylic on paper by Francisco (PAKO) Alvarado
22" x 30" | ready to frame
Francisco (PAKO) Alvarado’s art reflects his life experiences through various degrees of abstraction. His inspiration comes from nature and his travels in South America. Using bold colors and patterns, he is constantly exploring new territory. Alvarado is interested in the creative process and shaping raw materials into expressive statements. He utilizes both technology and hands on manipulation of acrylic paint, mixed media and digital imaging to create his work. Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Alvarado’s memories of life in that country merge with his life in Southern California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Art Association/Gallery 825 and the Silver Lake Arts Community (SLAC).
