Your condo vacation is located in Villamare 3322 is a two bedroom condo located in an oceanfront complex in Palmetto Dunes. This condo is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator and is just steps away from the beach.

The living room has access to a private balcony that offers views of the ocean. The condo includes a kitchen, a dining room with seating for four. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom balcony access. The guest bedroom has two full beds, private bathroom and balcony access.

Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in Palmetto Dunes. This complex offers a beautiful, oceanfront pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and indoor swimming pool. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to the beach. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - golfing, tennis and miles of bike paths.

The premier Palmetto Dunes resort area features miles of white sand beach, three world-class golf courses and guest fitness and tennis centers. Canoe and kayak through the intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and kids' activities and entertainment. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, kids' events.

The condo community is professionally managed by Wyndham Vacation Rentals. Winning bidder is responsible for $300 unit cleaning fee prior to the stay (assessed by Management Company) and any applicable taxes.
